Have a friend she is 60 years old and her husband kicked her out, leaving her with nothing, she has applied for low income housing but there is a 2 year waiting list for a single person, trying to get enough money so she can get a rv to live in until she can get on her feet. Don't want her to have to live in her car or a shelter. She hasn't worked for years because her husband provided for her and didn't want her to work she has no kids or family to depend on.
