Hello - I had to put $50 (tried $0) for an amount, because that is the minimum amount allowed. This post is not about money, but asking for genuine help to get better as a person. I'm to the point in my life where my family does not talk to me, I have no friends, and I'm starting to push away my kiddos. Exactly the opposite of what and who I want to be. I know in my heart, I have good intentions, but I lack coping mechanisms when things do not go as planned. This has been a theme throughout my life, even as a child. I see that now and want to break this terrible cycle. No expectations with this post, but to get better, every avenue needs to be tried. Thank you.
