My name is Joshua, and I’m asking for help as I face one of the hardest battles of my life. This past 2-3 years, I’ve endured two major heart surgeries after developing Heart Failure caused by Infective Endocarditis. My heart’s ejection fraction is now 39%, and I’ve been diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease, leaving me weak, in pain, and unable to live the active life I once loved.

Before all of this, I had a great quality of lif. I was modeling, dancing, singing, and staying athletically active. Even after breaking my back years ago, I pushed forward with hope and determination. But now, medical bills, medications, and daily expenses have become overwhelming as I focus on healing and rebuilding my strength.

To make things even more difficult, my partner is battling Multiple Myeloma, a painful and life-changing cancer. We’re both fighting to survive and hold onto hope during this incredibly difficult time.
