First I would like to say thank you for visiting. I'm in need of a heart procedure that's going to leave me out of work for a while. I have always been the protector and provider of my family. The strong one that can keep things together. Due to my wife's own medical history, she is unable to work.. She is a cancer patient  and also has heart issues.  I want to make sure that my wife and I are in a comfortable position to deal with any and all expenses that is going to be accumulating. I have always been the strong one to lead my family in the right direction and it's going to be really hard to step back from what I am suppose to do as a family man. I want to make sure that my family is in a comfortable situation and not having to worry about anything. My wife has her own medical problems so I don't need her having any worries about anything and her medical conditions get worse. I just need and praying for any and all help.
