My cousin Cain has been to multiple doctors in kansas and Nebraska. He keeps getting turned down for medical insurance. He has a pacemaker and two bad heart valves. He has been in and out of the hospital and every doctor keeps on refusing to do the surgery. The only way he is going to survive is if we pay for the surgery ourselves. Please if you can help.
