On May 16th, a huge tornado completely destroyed my mother-in-law's home. Teresa is 61 years old this year and moved to her mother's home after her mother's death. Fortunately, she managed to escape to the basement during the storm without any injuries, but remained trapped there until her neighbor came to help her out.

This house is beyond redemption. It's completely lost. The roof is in the backyard. The back wall has been completely torn off and everything inside is covered with insulation materials, dust and debris. We're not sure what can be taken out for preservation, but we know that Teresa needs to find a new place to live. We ask for support to help her stand up again and start her life anew because of this unexpected tragedy.
