Hello, we are a family of 5, Myself,  my 3 boys, ages 9, 12 and 16 and my husband.  My husband is our sole income provider because of me battling Hodgkin Lymphoma.  I was diagnosed in 2019 with Stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma,  went into remission and now I have relapsed. Doctors tell me that my treatment is only to prolong my life as a curative plan is no longer an option. I have insurance for my treatment but the copay and out of pocket is adding up and I need help to cover the costs. Anything will help. I'm fighting to live as long as I can for my kids. Please if you can help I will be very appreciative.
