Hi, my name is Adam Bryce—and I never imagined I’d be writing this.

In December 2024, I underwent surgery to remove what we thought was a routine thyroid issue. But by January, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 thyroid cancer.

Weeks later, I was told it had already spread to my lungs.

Since then, I’ve completed one round of radiation, with another round coming soon. And during all of this, I’ve continued working—coaching clients, hosting trainings, and building businesses like nothing was wrong.

But it is.

I am mentally and physically exhausted.

And I need to heal without the constant pressure to push through.
