Our family is living a nightmare we never imagined possible.
Our mother (63), our stepfather, and our disabled younger sister are currently in ICE custody, separated across different states. We are raising $150,000 to cover immigration lawyers and bond so we can bring them home—before irreversible harm is done.
This is not about politics.
This is about a mother’s life and a child’s future.
Our Mother’s Health Is in Danger
Our mother is 63 years old and suffers from high blood pressure and prediabetes. Prolonged detention, extreme stress, and limited medical care put her life at serious risk.
She is terrified—not for herself—but for her daughter.
She knows her daughter is still in high school, still growing, still vulnerable.
She needs to survive to be there for her child.
Our Little Sister: A Disabled Teen Who Just Wants a Normal Life
Our younger sister has been disabled since birth.
Both of her ears are not fully functional, and she relies on hearing aids to hear and communicate.
She did not begin speaking until the age of 8.
She endured years of bullying, isolation, and silence.
In the United States, for the first time in her life, she felt accepted.
She made friends. She participated in school dance performances.
She finally felt normal.
She is still in high school and dreams of a simple teenage life:
going to school
learning every day
becoming better
contributing to making this world a better place
Now she is detained—
sometimes without access to her hearing aids, unable to fully hear, understand, or communicate.
No child should experience this.
A Mother Who Already Lost Everything Once
When I was 13, and my sister was 10, our father was murdered.
Everything we owned was stolen.
Soon after, our mother began receiving threats from unknown people.
At nearly 60 years old, she made the hardest decision of her life—to run, not for opportunity, but for survival, believing freedom still existed.
Four Years of Doing Everything Right
For four years, our parents:
Worked honestly
Paid taxes
Contributed to churches and local communities
Helped others whenever possible
They followed the rules.
They believed in the system.
Today, they are treated as criminals.
What Is Happening Now
Our family has been:
Moved constantly between detention centers
Separated across states
Shackled at hands and feet
Treated without dignity
Our mother and sister are detained in New Mexico.
Our stepfather is detained in California.
They are isolated.
They are afraid.
They are breaking.
Why We Need Help Now
We urgently need legal representation and bond money to:
Save our mother’s life
Protect a disabled child’s future
Reunite a family that has already lost too much
Without help, we cannot bring them home.
If You Are Reading This
Please understand—we are not asking for luxury.
We are asking for mercy.
A mother should not die in detention.
A disabled child should not lose her chance at a future.
A family should not be destroyed for seeking peace.

You may be the reason a child returns to school.
You may be the reason a mother survives.
The funds will be used to help them to gain an equal right to continue their journey in the USA.
