I put my entire life in a storage unit, and My cat and I left Kansas August 24th, headed to Los Angeles California. Where I  intended to relocate and go to  rehab. As of the end of August, I don't have health insurance. My job deleted my email account where I would have received emails regarding this. My job fired me and never responded to my fmla requests. My case manager and I did everything we were supposed to regarding these requests, and it's all a mess. I checked into alternative insurance so I can continue my recovery, and anything that can be in place immediately is too expensive. I’ve been working with both case managers at the rehab facility for the past 3 days in the insurance matter and every time i say something to them, they’ve made no progress. They suggested to me this morning Salvation Army. I am blown away with this entire experience. I had a full time job and an apartment before this. With lack of support and efforts of this company to help in this matter, it’s under my understanding that’s what case managers are for, I have no choice but to leave today and return to Kansas. At this time I am Jobless without a home. I’m trying to get back to Kansas. Thank you for your time. All funds are for travel expenses.   Sara 🙏
