Please help me help my cousin, Jon Means. He needs assistance with costs arising from a medically necessary double lung transplant. The transplant will be performed at Cleveland Clinic which is about 3.5 hours away. Jon has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis which is a fatal lung disease. Jon will need to cover housing costs while living in Cleveland for at least two months after the transplant. Additionally, he will have significant costs associated with medication and dental care and insurance co-pays. All funds raised will be used to pay for the items listed above.

Jon is the kindest and most giving man I have ever known. He has given everything he has to raise his two great-nephews for the past 10 years. He goes out of his way to help anyone who needs help.
