August 2024 I had the last 13 teeth extracted from my mouth due to periodontal disease. Today I struggle with dentures due to bone loss and oral surgeon says only way for me to have teeth is dental implants with bone and tissue grafting. Dental insurance pays fir none of this and health insurance isnt an option since this is a dental problem.

Im looking to get full upper and lower permanent full arch implants so I can eat more normal food and have a smile. Plus not having teeth naturally I've noticed changes to the structure of my face and its heart breaking.
