My husband passed away, and afterward my mother — who had been living with me — had to move into a nursing home. Losing both my partner and my household support changed everything very quickly, emotionally and financially.
This home represents stability during a time of profound loss and adjustment. Right now, I’m facing immediate financial strain and am at risk of falling behind on my mortgage. Funds raised will go directly toward keeping my home while I work to stabilize after these changes.
