Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am trying to raise money for my nephew to get the therapy he is needing while waiting to get disability coming in. He was diagnosed with Ataxia is a neurological sign indicating lack of muscle coordination, often caused by cerebellum damage. Symptoms include gait abnormality, slurred speech, tremors, and poor coordination. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
