Our beloved dad, Ray, has always worked tirelessly to provide for himself and help those around him.  As a small business owner running a hands-on, manual labor landscaping irrigation and plumbing service he has depended on his body's ability to work for him to make money.  But his world changed in an instant when he was involved in a car accident.  The resulting crash left him with a cracked sternum, broken ribs, a shattered nose (requiring future surgery in addition to the emergency surgery he underwent), and serious eye damage.  All of these injuries worsened by the fact that the airbag failed to deploy.  

He is now recovering under the care of his adult children while navigating the complex path of medical recovery, insurance navigation, and emotional healing but with a long road before he is well again it is impossible for him to return to work for at minimum the next two months.  

Throughout the years, our dad has always been someone who opens his heart, his ear, his home, and his limited resources to others in their greatest time of need, without ever asking for anything in return.  Now, for the first time, he's the one in need, and we're humbly asking for support on his behalf. 

We're raising funds to help cover essential monthly expenses like food, utilities, and medical folllow-ups while he is out of work.  These next few months are critical to his recovery and your help will make it possible for our dad, Ray to heal with dignity, peace of mind, and hope, without the constant anxiety of unpaid bills or falling further behind.
