For the last five years, my niece  has spent thousands of dollars fighting for primary custody of her son. He currently resides with his father and his girlfriend along with the girlfriend’s son from a previous relationship and  their daughter together. My niece and her ex have a parenting plan however her ex refuses to follow it. Him and his girlfriend have had the police called on them for domestic violence dozens of times with most incidents happening in front of the children in the house. Both of them have ongoing issues with substance abuse. The department of children and families have had between 10-20 cases involving the ex and his girlfriend but because they refuse to cooperate nothing has been done. 

My niece has filed contempt three times against her ex for Violating the court order and he has been found in contempt every time. He continues to do everything in his power to keep Ashley out of their son’s life and he allows his girlfriend to interfere. She has taken gifts sent by my niece and destroyed them, threw them away, taken them and given them to her son. She tells my nephew that his mom doesn’t love him, calls her names in front of him and she encourages her son to do the same. I could go on and on. 
Ashley is trying to get primary custody and will be going before a judge this October. Her lawyer has to be paid in full $12,00” prior to the hearing and at this point Ashley and her husband have exhausted all of their available funds. This little boy is suffering mental and emotional abuse at the hands of his dad‘s girlfriend and her son and his father has done nothing to protect him. Please help Ashley raise the funds to save her son and bring him home. Every penny helps!
