Please help me save Jack! He needs emergency surgery for a perineal hernia and suspected either intestinal loops or bladder prolapsed into hernia site! Cost of surgery is $8,000-$10,000. He is a service dog that assists with seizures and anxiety! Without this surgery he will for sure die!
