My beloved dog Roxy had to have emergency surgery because she swallowed a foreign object her medical expenses is 3600 I can't afford to pay it it's not I have to surrender my baby she is my emotional support dog that gets me throughout the day I am a single mom of four and I cannot afford to pay the $3,600 so anything will help I really appreciate iti
