Hi I am sure we have all heard the single Mom cry for help. But I didn't, in 2019 my, now, ex husband walked out for another woman. Left me & his 10 yr old daughter, he didn't contact her for 6mths. When he came back to have us evicted so he could move in w/ his new family. I have worked extremely hard to get us back into a home & it is not easy in this economy. I found a home that we love and was in track of buying it w/ pre approval from USDA. January 18th I found out I had stage 2 breast cancer and it has been a whirlwind. I had surgery and have been going through chemo and radiation. Then on May 9th I had to have another surgery on my damaged large intestines. I have worked through days that I don't know how I made it through. I have been home more than not. Today, I have finally been cleared to go back to light duty. My landlord for the house that I am going to be buying said he would work with me. But he behind my back filed eviction! I have gone to every resource out here, they all say they're out of money. If I don't pay $3950 by the 31st we will be put out. & that will leave me with May payment still of $1800. My daughter has been through soo much trauma in the past 4.5 yrs. She just now is feeling settled and loving her bedroom. Her depression & anxiety is just now getting better. She was cutting & didn't want to live. We have had to work so hard on this. I can't let her life go backwards. I work FT, again was out for surgery and treatments (I do have proof) and I am in school FT for Emergency Disaster Management and Homeland Security. I am a hard worker, i was also working a 2nd job until my diagnosis. Ive also listed our spare bedroom for rent to help us get back on track. I have no family to help or to even live with. If someone please has the heart and the means to help us, or even for a loan. I am running out of time before we're homeless. Thank you
