After nearly three months of being out of work and only receiving local treatment that merely alleviated her symptoms, Ashley is finally heading to the Cleveland Clinic this January for a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. This is a glimmer of hope for her recovery, but the journey is not without its challenges. Each hospital stay has resulted in temporary relief, not a cure, and with her recent gallbladder removal, Ashley is determined to find a lasting solution. Unfortunately, the road to recovery comes with significant financial burdens. With the cost of transportation, accommodations, and food for her trips to Cleveland, the expenses are mounting.
