on last trip to Rosario. Mexico , I went for a walk and I saw this poor dog with 9 puppies. she looked very skinny and looked. That she needs help.  I contacted two organizations and they said can’t help me because they have too many cases already.  So. I decided  not to give up and called my Friend in Rosarito to at least take food  on weekly basis to them.  The funds will be used to feed the puppies and mother. And also they all need to be vaccinate, spaye/neuter before given for adoption.  ( I want to make sure they are fixed before being adopted) I don’t want to rush. I want to find a good home for them. thank you in advance for your help.
