My name is James felariss I'm a retired Vietnam vet living on a fixed income. I'm trying to get funds together to get my youngest boy a custom wheelchair he had a bad injury he had both his hips replaced and his left FEMA bone was shattered and replaced with the titanium one. Keeping up with to people on one income is hard.  It's very hard to come up with the money for a custom wheelchair manual they start at $15,000 and go up from there I had no idea they were that high.
