Hello to whomever is reading,  I am doing the best I can to assist My Father and his "friend" to make repairs and upgrades to his home so he can remain at home and independent with Mia (his Service Dog). He is a 73yr old US Veteran(pictured) He is one of the many that fall through the cracks when it comes to assistance programs offered by State or County.   He needs various construction and HVAC repairs to his home so he can remain safe, and comfortable with Winter approaching the East Coast.   When younger than able he was first and quick to help anyone if he had the means for skill to do so.. but now his age and medical conditions limit his earning ability as well as capabilities to make repairs on his own.   It's devastating watching a loved one choose between which utility to pay or food, we're just not be able to make repairs to them things spiral and get worse and if he could just fix it.
