DVSC SURGICAL CENTER OF FORT WORTH 4631 CITYLAKE BLVD WEST PHONE NO 817-370-8001 Will perform the surgery. The surgery must be paid in full. Without this surgery Paco will never walk again. As of right now paco is in lots of pain . Any donations will be greatly appreciated by Paco and me.
