I am a mother of a 13yr old boy who has a dual diagnosis of ADHD and bipolar! I have struggled to find something he is passionate about! A year and a half ago I realized his love for horses and I used everything I had saved up to buy him this horse! At the time I purchased the horse I was told he was only 13-15 yrs old! This horse and my son quickly became best friends there wasn’t a day that they were not together! I had noticed his horse started losing weight and just wasn’t looking as healthy as he should! The vet came and looked at him and told us the horse was well over 30yrs old! Three days ago my son had to say goodbye to his best friend that is them in my cover photo the day we had to put him to rest! My son was with him through the whole process! My heart is broken that someone would do this to a child knowing the were lying just to get money! I know my sons horse is not replaceable but I would love to be able to purchase him a younger horse for him to reconnect with and love! He has been lost and very sad over losing his best friend!!
