Hello, my name is Joseph. I had a freak accident. I fell down 13 stairs in the middle of the night cannot tell you exactly what happened because I had a concussion broke. My neck broke rib, ribs, bruised collar bones, and also shoulder blades. I spent five days in the hospital and have to have in-home care for at least 4 to 6 months until I am released from the doctor at least that's what she told me.
