Currently due to an oversight by one of the people that I am living with the mortgage was not being paid and as such we owed the bank about 8,000$ and when the brother of the other person told us he would handle it he instead put a lien on it which has caused a great deal of anxiety on all parties, the reason for the price I placed at 9,000 is because the lien has interest. I’m setting this up as a way to possibly help the ones I live with as well as keep the house I’m living in, I would be unimaginably grateful for any amount of help anyone could lend. Thank you.
