About this fundraiser

Hi, I am posting this to help Jason Stone. He has a daughter Madisyn and son Mason. Jason is one of the sweetest men I know. He is always willing to help anyone with anything that he can. He is handy and is always helping others when he is able. He was rushed to the ER 02/11/23 after having a horrible headache that would not go away for a couple of days, blacking out a couple of times and then having a seizure. He was diagnosed 02/14/23 with acute myeloid leukemia. The AML had also affected his brain and caused a brain bleed, and on top of that he had pneumonia with fluid in his lungs and around his heart. After 2 weeks, they were able to get the bleeding under control. After 3 weeks the pneumonia was pretty much gone and he was able to breath better. Seeing him hooked up to all the IV's and tubes was heartbreaking. The reason I am setting this up is because all of expenses have fallen onto his daughter. Jason doesn't have a family unit to rally behind him. His parents have both passed. I know he would hate to ask for help but I am not sure where or what to do as I know he needs help with bills and medical expenses. He was in the hospital for 45 days and got to come home for 6 days.

UPDATE:  He was rushed back to the hospital due to fevers, chest pain and low white platelet count. He was diagnosed with bacterial parainfluenza and a couple days later his liver started to fail and his platelets kept dropping. He was still so tired and weak but fighting with all his might. In all of this pain and sickness, he is still cracking jokes and making the people around him laugh as much as he could. He always puts others above himself. He was in the hospital 3 more weeks before losing this battle and called home on 4/23/23. If you can, please donate to help relieve some stress off of his daughter. I have been helping her in every way that I can. She is a daddy's  girl and is going through so much at this time. Mason, his son is only 13 and is struggling and missing his dad. If you can't donate, please share! Any help and prayers are much appreciated. Thank you so much. God Bless!
