My name is Sharon Linaee Hultquist. In 2021, I found out I was adopted. Prior to 2021, I had no idea. I found out I am the biological granddaughter of Abigail Greene Aldrich Rockefeller and John D Rockefeller Jr. My biological mother is Carolyn Joan Greene/Sullivan/Gallagher. My biiological father is James Earl Old Person Jr. son of Blackfeet Chief Earl Old Person.

In 1972 Carolyn gave birth to triplets; myself, Teresa, and our brother who was stillborn. Our father was only interested in having sons, when he heard his only son was stillborn, he formed an instant genuine hatred towards my sister and I. At the time, Carolyn was a minor so Abigail had legal guardianship over us. When Teresa and I were strong enough to leave the house, Carolyn took us at two months old to Jame who sexually assaulted us, snapped our necks and then discarded us like trash and left us for dead while Carolyn watched.

It was by the grace of God we were found, and rushed to the hospital with internal bleeding and fractured necks. Once Mauze arrived at the hospital, she encountered James in the parking lot. He assured her he would be back to finish the job. Terrified, he would make do on his promise, she decided the only chance Teresa and I had at escaping our father would be to have Teresa and I separated and given up for adoption, without Carolyn’s or James’s knowledge or consent.

Due to the nature of the crime, James faked his own death three months after our birth to avoid prosecution. His fabricated date of death is 12/23/72 under the alias Bobby James Smith out of Sanford North Carolina.

Before Abigail gave us up for adoption, she set both Teresa and I up with a multi million dollar trust for each of us. However, upon Abigail's passing in 1976, Carolyn and James conspired together to steal our trust funds, after all we were only four, how would we know?

And, that is exactly what they did.

Carolyn Joan Gallagher is an Illinois State Probate Court Judge, James Earl Old Person is a retired veteran, he works with the FBI and he is an ordained minister. The perfect cover for two mastermind criminals.

James and Carolyn devised a plan to gain conservatorship over us, when we got older they had us declared incompetent. Both of them gained conservatorship and power of attorney over us. One has complete control over one while the other controls the other. They gained conservatorship out of the country and then had the cases transferred to the United States once the rulings were in place. Then they had us declared incompetent here in the states. Carolyn has had our records sealed so no one can access them.

I have reported my situation multiple times to multiple police departments, to the FBI, to the DOJ, to the FTC, to all seven whistleblower programs, to at least eight attorneys, to one mayor, and I have also called every phone number tied to the Illinois state probate courthouse, I left messages on every voicemail possible and I still have yet to date, received one follow-up call.

Why?

Because once you have been labelled incompetent in the judicial system, it is impossible to get an official to listen to you. I have been blacklisted, black balled and completely ostracized by my own country who won't help me because of who she is. I can't find work and I've never had a problem finding employment EVER. I'm very talented and have a very high IQ. There is NO reason I am unable to find employment. I can't even volunteer my time to charity or volunteer to help the community because all of the sudden, once my name is entered into the system, everything about the interviewer changes. Where they were once excited and happy for assistance, they suddenly become distant and magically don't need assistance any more. This has happened several times.

I have had to move nine times over the past 2 years due to gang stalking problems. No matter where I go, they follow, if not personally then, then they definitely have people that watch my every move for them. I've tried to confront Carolyn personally, several times but she refuses to return any correspondence. I cannot function in society if I am unable to work or unable to make decisions for myself. You know, I actually had an FBI agent hang up on me mid sentence, my patience is beyond thin with this situation.

I am more than willing to and gladly will take any competency test, or DNA test you would like. My god, I had my IQ professionally tested over a decade ago and I scored 159, a decade ago, I sure don't need anyone to make decisions for me.

In order to have this judgement reversed, you have to file an appeal with the court who issued the ruling, Only, SHE is the judge presiding over the case, Carolyn Gallagher the judge and Carolyn Green as the guardian over her own case. This is SO ILLEGAL. When I found my case, I saw they had made 32 attempts to reach me by summons and all 32 were “returned to sender.” I called the courthouse and gave them my case number, I advised them I was giving them my correct address. I explained I have had issues with my mail and that's why I was calling, I wanted to make sure they had my correct address. The clerk told me, the only way I can receive the information about the hearing is through the mail. And I said, “But I don't get my USPS mail.” and she said, “Well then, I guess I can't help you.” And she hung up.

When our grandfather Blackfeet Chief Earl Old Person passed away on 10/13/2021, he also left us an inheritance. A home, stocks, bonds, a life insurance policy; do you think we received five cents? Not one penny. Carolyn and James also gained control of that inheritance as well since they have conservatorship over our affairs. This is currently where things stand, I have not been able to rise above this nightmare nor do I see any light at the end of this tunnel.

I've exhausted all possible resources; now I am now turning to you, as a desperate plea for help. I can't get anywhere without money, and they have made sure I stay in lack. I have only been able to earn $1400 over the course of the last four years. Ive tried finding an attorney who will help me pro bono, bit so far to no avail. So as a last effort attempt to fight for justice, I decided to see if I could raise 5K it takes to retain an attorney so I can have my life back. If this fails then I have no other option other than to succumb to Carolyn’s and James's wishes, which are either death or incarceration so they can remain in control of our funds. If I am unable to get them to undo what they have done, then life isn't worth living anyway.

Maybe individually we cant do anything, but united we have to make a difference.
