Hi everyone!  I hate asking for help!

However, I was laid off in February 2025, and I have since burned through my savings paying for my rent. The unemployment BARELY covers my bills at $1800/month. My rent is $2200/month.

I've submitted close to 300 resumes, with very little return on investment. I have some editing income, but that is pitiful at the moment.

Add to that the fact that I am the primary caregiver for two women over 70 with various stages of dementia and multiple other diagnoses, am constantly running for one or the other of them, and my anxiety about all of it, and especially money, is through the roof.

Every penny in #mutualaid donated to me will be sent back into the community when I'm back on my feet. I have spent my whole life providing financial aid to others when I am able.

Please consider helping me pay September's rent. Anything over and above this amount will be put toward October's rent.
