This little guy was beaten and not cared for in a horrific past. He has a new home and suffering from an infection in his mouth and teeth losing from the people who had him and will never own another puppy again. He is now loved and cared for , but the vet bills are accumulating as his health needs cared for.  Even a little donation will help on his care , and your time and attention is valuable to Oliver.
