Hello, friends and kind-hearted strangers!

I am happy to share that after a few challenging months of unemployment, I have secured a dream job as a high school teacher, inspiring and supporting young minds to build a brighter future through music and reading and literature.

I am a single mother to a bright middle schooler and this job is our "getting back on our feet" moment.

After months of searching for work, I’ve fallen behind on rent and car expenses. I need $1,500 to cover our past-due rent, ensuring we keep our home, and $1,200 to get my car back on the road so I can commute to my new job daily.

Meeting this goal would not only secure our immediate needs but also allow me to focus on being the best mom and teacher I can be, as I embark on this new chapter as an educator knowing that I’m starting on solid ground.
