Hello everyone my name is Manuel Juarez. I'm a dialysis patient for the past 3 years. I'm currently on the transplant list and having to go through dialysis 3 times a week. Although receiving an organ, is a true gift and a blessing ,it also comes with a cost. My family and I are now having to prepare for a variety of expenses. Some of these expenses include lodging and travel cost for pre and post transplant care, high medication costs just to name a few. The transplant team encourages us to participate in fundraising in order to afford the cost of transplant care. Any efforts will benefit me and support my chances of kidney survival.
