Diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes at the age of six, I have been blessed to do many things, and strive to continue living a filling life. Diagnosed with Kindey Failure in September of 2022, though an experience that has altered life for me in many ways, I am now on the active transplant wait list, and will receive both a kidney and pancreas transplant. Following the transplant I will be under medical care for two weeks, and soon after, I hope to receive stem cell therapy to aid with making a full recovery. I am asking for your help to make this experience a complete success. Though I choose to focus on the promise of healing, versus the problems of this moment, I want each of you to know that your help is much appreciated; and your love is felt in every way. i am currently waiting on a call from my medical team, and am anticipating the drive to receive this surgery that will quite literally be, for me, a “new lease on life.” I ask your prayers for me, the medical team, and all those involved in this process.
