In short my mother kidnapped my babies…on April 28, 2021 she filed for emergency custody in the state of Virginia she then filed a petition for expedited enforcement of foreign child custody so she could legally transport them back across state lines the judge denied that order but she threatened my sister with kidnapping if she didn't let her have them I have been fighting for 2 years now while also dealing with a brain tumor and no help from attorney for all my proof I have I need an attorney I don't like asking but this woman and her husband r monsters she is felon/absconder from Florida and wanted in north Carolina he was not to be round my babies due 2 sexual allegations against him (that from DSS) they r in this home still being abused we have a witness that stated he locks my oldest at the time just 6 years old in a room for hours with nothing but crackers and water he is also giving them baths which shouldn't be allowed regardless my babies (they will always be my babies no matter age)r not allowed anything 2 drink or snack on during the day it breaks my heart knowing I can't help cause they live in a small town and know everybody including the judge so they keep requesting the judge that let's them win and not take my evidence I need help to hire attorney so I can show my evidence and get new judge please help my babies if u want 2 personally contact me I can show proof of everything please help at least share and pray
