Please HELP … NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE …my dad had a stroke and heat attack last month on fathers day. As he's trying to recover my brother shut his bills off and now to get them back on we have to pay 1300.00 for electric and 400.00 for water he's always managed bills his self he's ran his own construction business 30 yrs now but his retirement check barley covers his recent just now need help to his one time to get him back on his feet please God bless
