My name is Shealyn. I’m a mother of 2. I work full time just to not even make enough to pay bills. The amount I’m trying to come up with will cover the surgery and its expenses as well as the aftercare garments that reduce complications from surgery, as well as keeping a roof over my kids head and bills paid and food in their bellies while I recover for 6 weeks. I’ve battled with my weight my entire life and have lost a large amount of weight causing an extreme amount of excess skin in my abdomen. This causes not only physical pain and problems but also affects my mental health as well. I’m asking for help for surgery to remove the skin that I have that causes the problems. I can not afford to keep my little family houses and fed and also take care of myself in this manner. I have always tried to not ask for help for anything but I would love to be able to be active with my young son and play with him without having pain or infections on my skin.
