Hi my name is Jessica. Last april someone hit my car while i was at a stop and totaled it, pushed and dented the entire frame of the car. I was diagnosed with a severe concussion and a traumatic brain injury. I did concussion therpay for 8 months the therapist didnt see any improvement so they discharged me. I was not cleared for work for almost an entire year I just got back to work part time recently. I've been having memory loss, severe headaches, extreme anxiety and cognitive struggles since. I'm behind on bills, I was able to get another car to get me back and fourth to appointments. Im currently workingon getting approved for disability.
