I need help to buy prescriptions and need help with Bill before surgery. I was working 40 hours a week at the Mayo Hospital in Patient Services, I'm still employed, but unable to work at this time. I have upcoming appointments with an orthopedic surgeon for my broken foot. Emergency room stated that I'm going to need pins placed in my foot bones, so I will be off my broken foot for too long to pay for a few things. I'm trying to keep my phone on, pay rent and I desperately need a knee scooter. Please help! Any amount will help! I need bus pass money also to get to appointments!
