Hi Friends! 

I hope this message finds you all well. Many of you may not know but, in October of 2022 I was diagnosed with MGUS a marker for a rare form of blood cancer for my age category. I’m now facing the battle of “Watchful waiting” for the next 4 years. Being seen by the oncologist every four-six months for routine lab work and medical procedures to evaluate my progression.

This has been one of the hardest times in my life!

However, I continue to stand on  “Faith”!

Your text messages and  prayers and support have helped tremendously, but now I face a new challenge, a financial one, as despite insurance coverage, mounting medical expenses that have occurred and the setback of my living expenses.

I’ve exhausted all of my sick time at work and Emergency Savings and Stock plan accounts to pay for medical bills and living expenses. I won't have enough to cover living or medical expenses to see this through. As my medical lab work and procedures are every 4-6 months and expensive.

How the funds will be used:

Medical Expenses: A significant portion of the funds will directly cover my medical costs,  co-pays including any new consultations, treatments, medications, and full body Pet scans, bone X-rays and if needed a second Bone Marrow Aspiration procedure.

Living Expenses: Donations will assist with housing and utilities and etc.

Rehabilitation and Support: Contributions will allow me to access therapy resources.

Every donation, regardless of the amount, will make a profound impact on my life, providing hope, comfort, and the means to fight this head on!
