Due to misunderstanding of escrow deductions from my payments and questionable actions by the mortgage servicer my mortgage is in foreclosure. I have filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy to try to prevent it. I am unable to meet the monthly payment requirements. I am 77 years old with medical conditions but have continued to work to try to keep afloat; most recently with Baltimore City Schools part time. That ended with the end of school year. Unfortunately, I have just been advised that I need open heart surgery ASAP. Therefore, I may no longer be able to work, perhaps never. Funds will be used to pay bill while I have and recover from surgery.Thank you for considering my plight.
