There is a tumor about the size of a grape on the right side of my brain sitting on top of my brain stem, and the neurosurgeon at Norton Cancer Institute said radiation won't help. Because I'm young, symptomatic, and due to the size of the tumor, I need brain surgery. I've had to miss days of work due to appointments, pounding headaches, tremors, pain in my jaw, and other symptoms, and will be in the hospital for three days after the surgery, then 6 weeks for recovery. Right now, Cigna and Norton's contract will be terminated on 9/8, leaving me in a financial bind on top of managing my health, and figuring out the unknown.
