I started a new job (second day). I had a heart attack. Drove my car 35 miles to a hospital. After some test l was transported to IHC Murray. 100 percent of my main artery was clogged. I was in the ICU for six days. Open hearty surgery for 5 by-pass was performed. I spent 5 more days in the hospital. I'm now recovering at home. Unable to work due to activity needed for my job I'm currently on unpaid family leave. If possible please give to pay medical bills. Thank You.
