A message from Walasia:

In November 2025 I suffered a mild stroke and I am in need of a lot of aftercare including additional neurological workups, physical therapy for my left side which is slow to respond since the minor stroke.

Due to my condition (SJS, a hereditary and terminal disease) I suffer from chronic pain, inflammation, skin disorders, and other ailments. These often lead to severe dehydration, requiring ER or hospital visits for IV fluids. 

While there is no known cure for the disease itself, Acupuncture, cupping and other holistic treatments are some of the only things that help alleviate symptoms and a few of the root causes. Doctors and hospitals are always willing to offer narcotic painkillers but never any holistic or natural *treatments* for my symptoms. 

Acupuncture is not covered by insurance. I am insured for California, but I am residing in Texas temporarily so my health insurance as of January 2026 covers no pharmacy needs, none of my acupuncture treatments, SOME of the doctor's I need to see, and certain ERs or urgent care clinics here - but most are not covered at all.
