This is my friend Sara. She is in desperate need of medical treatment. Her immune system is in great disregulation from chronic persistent infections over many years. She can no longer take in solid food. Her body is wasting away as a result of this imbalance of pathogens and parasites and this is now life threatening. Her system no longer works for her. She has found a clinic but has no insurance and no financial means to pay for this potentially life saving treatment.
