To get right to it, my mental health has tanked to the point I need extended intensive treatment. I've been in and out of hospitals for the last 2 years and my symptoms have only gotten worse over the last year. It's to the point I am not able to function and am constantly in a headspace that wants to kill me. If this keeps up, I am likely not going to be here much longer.

In this light, even with a ton of therapy and multiple med attempts, it's been recommended to me to enter (at minimum) a partial hospitalization program. This is an outpatient program that meets 6 ½ hours a day, 5 days a week. This will require me to take on a leave that will likely last 6-8 weeks and will cost me an arm and leg (even with insurance). I do not have paid leave I can take for this and my finances were wiped out mid last year during a forced unemployment. My mental health is such that (right now) I am not able to work. Given this, I am need of assistance paying off some bills, likely a month cost of COBRA insurance,  and with gas money (it's a 2 hour drive to and from for treatment). Any amount you can offer would be of great help.
