I am reaching out to request support in helping my family obtain an adaptive stroller for our son, Michael. Michael is 9 years old and has level 3 autism, along with ADHD, speech and expressive language delays, developmental delays, fine motor and cognitive delays, and other challenges. He struggles with everyday tasks, including communication (he uses an AAC device for assistance), sensitivity to noise and lights, safety, mobility, and understanding social cues.

This adaptive stroller would significantly reduce his anxiety when traveling and being in public. It would help prevent elopement, facilitate safe transportation in and out of our home, and address other challenges he faces daily.
