Hello, to who this may concern. My name is Dalva Orange I move to Henderson Nevada a little over 3 years ago for health reasons from metro Atlanta because this climate is better for my debilitating allergies and migraine headaches. The problem is I am still having problems with my migraines headaches. They have a Headache Institution here in the Las Vegas area. The problem is they don't take my insurance coverage. They charge $350 per office visit plus test and evaluation to treat my problem. They funds would be use for test, office visits and medications.  I work as a uber driver which i lost $25000 a year because uber is taking over 50 percent of the  profits  from the driver now. I reach out to the government but i didn't any response from them. I have been. Trying to finish my cybersecurity certification course but my migraine headaches willn't let me get any farther with my course because of the headaches. I am having almost every day. I am on about seven different medications . I wakeup every morning with a migraine headache every morning. Three to four days I can get them to go away. I work mostly Thursday, Friday,  Saturday, and Sunday but than I am down with migraine headaches Monday, Tuesday,  and Wednesday.  I Just want my health so I can continue to work on my goals in life. I am a sixty year old single man.  Anything will help me and I could also  give you The Headache Institution information to let you know I am honest about this fund riser.
