About this fundraiser

I am currently struggling to make ends meet with my ongoing medical costs in a barely-single-income household. I‘m already diagnosed with some chronic illnesses (like Classical Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and moderate autism, but am now going through the costly diagnostic process of MS. Unfortunately, we don’t qualify for any financial aid and SSI/SSDI is not an option for us (thank you asset and marriage restrictions). My insurance is very nice, but it doesn’t cover enough to keep me afloat.

I have multiple appointments per month as is – more now with whatever is happening neurologically – and medications, diagnostics, labs, equipment, etc. I’m considering foregoing my weekly infusions that help me survive Florida because I have to cut costs. I feel like I'm drowning in capitalism lol. Any amount truly helps!
