I lost the love of my life, USMC Veteran William George Henning in 2019. I was his caregiver for the last 5 years. As his spouse I was entitled to ChampVA medical insurance but as I understand, it doesn't pay for the latest in cervical spine surgery. I am alone now and can't afford not to work and support myself. I am too young for medicare but too old for additional insurance coverage. My surgery will cost me $30,000 dollars which insurance will only cover half. 

I need help. I need this critical surgery on the cervical spine or I'll  become one of those disabled statistics.  Please help a military widow stand on her own 2 feet. I lost a 2nd income in my husband's service connected disability and now I need to keep my job in order to pay my mortgage and continue to live in the home we shared.
